7 Common Causes of Depression 1. Caffeine (coffee) - caffeine is directly linked to depression simply because caffeine is a poison to the body. The energy we feel after we drink coffee is based on the body's activation of the flight or fight system, which only turns on when we're threatened. The body purposely manufactures depression signals when caffeinated because of this poisoning effect, as a way to signal the drinker to avoid such poison in the future. Depression means "stop" or "do less of." 2. Alcohol - this is based on the same metabolic explanation as described in point #1. 3. Media exposure - your real life will never compare to the fast paced instant gratification and fake feel good emotions that rocket out of your screens, The more screen time, the more likely someone is to be depressed with their real life. The younger the screen user, the worse this effect. 4. Working a job you don't like not only leads to depression but it can also lead to coffee, caffeine, alcohol and media addictions.....which in turn cause more depression. Following the path laid out in front of you by corrupt government and devilish media (go to school, become a wage slave, drink wine, watch a screen, screw and hand your kids over to the state for their respective brainwashing and poisoning) will cause depression in most humans. This shouldn't shock anyone. 5. Anti depressants - one listed side effect of most anti depressants is more depression and that's because the body will only scream louder... when the root cause of the problem is ignored. Depression isn't a medication deficiency, it's something else and ignoring that "something else" will only infuriate the soul to a much greater degree. If you try to avoid changing, by taking a pill, that's when the body generates more mental and physical pain, so the owner of the body can hopefully take note of what really needs to be done. 6. A Lack of Connection - when a person is sedated with mind numbing chemicals, because they don't like the life they're living, they usually end up running heir life on subconscious cruise control. This "numbing cycle" often ends with being around people but not connecting to them because the nervous system is shut down, in order to avoid feeling the sting of their shitty life. This closing of the heart chakra can make us feel alone, as we disconnect from the people around us. Loneliness and social disconnection can cause depression and this is why depression sky rocketed after the "isolation" measures during the "attack" on all of us, which started in March 2020. 7. Constant Negativity - the news and government polices are purposely weaponized to drown us in perpetual fear, panic, terror and hopelessness because it's easier to rule depressed people who don't feel empowered....compared to ruling anyone else. If you watch mainstream media, the chances of you being depressed are very high. Solutions - reduce or eliminate caffeine and alcohol. Shut off conventional media, reduce or eliminate all screen time, increase positive influences in your life. be present with people and connect heart to heart, research the side effects of your medications, kiss your loved ones, cuddle your loved ones, tell your loved ones you love them, start a side hustle business and work toward financial independence using the rule of baby steps and help others get ahead as well.
